This here little written meme-journal entry-thing is not going to ask you what your character looks like. It is not going to ask what your character's favorite color is. It's not even going to ask what your character would do if cupcakes fell from the sky. This, my friends, is going to put you to the test--just how developed is your character. Does his/hers/its psychological build make sense and fit together? If your character isn't that developed, then I hope this helps. 

Rules: 
a) Use as many characters as you please. 
b) If you're a big freak about staying in character, I'd recommend that YOU answer. Not your character/s because, let's face it, not all characters would spill their beans. 
c) You don't have to tag anyone, but it's highly expected. 
d) Don't worry too much about grammar--this is development. Not an English test. 

Section 1: The Basics

1a. What is your character's full name?
Rebecca Bethany Harris

1b. Was it their parents that named them that? If not, who? 
Yes.

1c.Is there a special meaning behind the name?
Nope.

2a. How old are they now? 
She is 16.

2b. When were they born? 
In 1998.

2c.Where were they born?
In a hospital.

3a. What's their race? Human, vampire, furry? Hybrid of some sort?
Human though it can be classified as a human/insect hybrid. A Mutate to be exact.

4a. Where do they stand on the social pyramid? (e.i.: Royalty, middle class, living in poverty, etc.) 
Between middle and upper class.

Section 2: Lifestyle 

1a. Do they have a/n job/occupation? What is it?
Well thanks to her mutation, she has dedicated herself in protecting innocent people from various criminals/super villains.

1b. What motivates them to keep doing this job?
Rebecca's vow to use the last of her late brothers work to make the world a better place.

1c. What job would they rather have?
Never really mentioned.

2a. What are their religious views?
She really doesn't pay attention to anything like that.

3a. What have they accomplished? When?
Rebecca's personal triumphs were stopping the terrorist group known as the Green Devils from taking control of the mayoral election and putting an end to Hogface's mass productions of the Harris Cocktail mutagen. However her greatest accomplishment was saving her one time bully, Veronica Winston from her deadly Queen Bee mutation.

4a. Are they apart of any organizations? 
No.

5a. What do they do in their free time?
Reading and hanging out with friends.

Section 3: Psychology

1a. Describe their basic personality.
Wise cracking, caring, cheerful.. She's also sympathetic towards others but at time can be quite irate to whomever gets under her skin.

2a. What part of their personality really stands out? If any part?
Her infamous temper. If one manages to really make her mad, she'll lash out and will listen to very little reason.

3a. How do they view life? Are they an optimist? Pessimist? Realist? Idealist?
Rebecca is an optimist.

4a. When it comes to making a tough decision, do they rely on thought or feeling? Faith or fact?
She does things based on the moment at hand. Whether she likes it or not.

5a. Do they have a sense of humor?
Yes. Rebecca often cracks jokes even when dealing with criminals.

6a. What motivates them to keep moving?
Rebecca's vow to her brother.

7a. What do they desire from life?
A fact only known to a few select people but Rebecca wishes to be fully human again and live a normal life.

8a. What are they afraid of? 
A side effect of her mutation, Rebecca has developed instinctual fears of the natural predators of a fly. The most notable one is the Venus Flytrap. She does though fear for the safety of her family and friends.

9a. Are they superstitious about anything?
No.

10a. What secrets do they keep, if any?
Rebecca had hidden the fact that she's been having ghastly nightmares of the Venus Flytrap, the source of her recent bouts of sleep deprivation.

10b. How well are these secrets kept?
Until the actions of telepath David Alcaz, Rebecca had been keen on keeping them hidden (under the assumption they'll go away) but her friend/roommate Veronica had begun developing suspicions.

Section 3: Mental Abilities

1a. What can/cannot they do mentally? (e.i. IQ, certain school subjects, mental/emotional health) 
Rebecca is very good at writing though she considers herself average at everything else.

1b. What are they strongest at?
Deducing the schemes of various villains.

1c. What are they weakest at?
Controlling her temper.

2a. What do they like to do? 
Read and sometimes sing to herself.

3a. What do they hate to do?
Have to put of with a certain few or the various super villains she'd battled.

4a. Were they educated?
She's currently a sophomore at Hedison High School.

4b. If so, did they enjoy it?
She doesn't mind the place. Just some of the people in it drives her crazy.

4c. For how long?
N/A

Section 4: History

1a. Did they have a good childhood? A bad one?
An OK one. Rebecca mother passed when she was 5/6 and was raised along with her baby brother by her father.

1b. What do they remember the most about it?
Rebecca remembers raising hell with her best friend, Sarah.

2a. What were/are their teen years like?
Thanks to her mutation, insane.

3a. What have they had to struggle to accomplish?
Again, controlling her temper.

4a. What do they regret the most, if anything?
Two things.
1) Not listening to her ex-boyfriend, Scott Jerven's warnings about the Green Devils though in Rebecca's mind, it was a case of damned if you do, damned if you don't. Either or, those events lead to her brother's death.
2) Giving in to Veronica's taunts and attacking her, allowing Herman Tibbir to gain a sample of Rebecca's mutated blood.

5a. How did they end up on their current path? Was it their choice?
As mentioned above, Rebecca was desperate to stop her ex-Boyfriend from stealing her brother's genetic work since he was in league with the Green Devils (but was doing it to protect her from them). Her temper clouded any reasonable judgement and Rebecca attacked Scott only for him to push her into the chemicals the teen's brother worked with. Rebecca's brother managed to save her but in the end triggered a horrific explosion that killed him but spared his sister and unfortunately Scott. Though seemingly normal, the chemicals soon showed themselves as Rebecca mutated into a insect/human hybrid. The teen was then placed in the quarantined area of her father's company only to find it the Green Devils' newest target.
It was then she made the choice of using her new powers in making sure them or anyone else never harm innocent people.

6a. Did anything serious happen that changed them forever? 
Read above.

Section 5: Family

1a. Who are their parents?
Maxwell and the late Jessica Harris.

1b. What are their parents' races?
Human.

1c. Are they still alive?
Maxwell is but Jessica died from complications cause from childbirth.

2a. Do/did they have any siblings? How many?
Rebecca had a ten year old brother named Johnathan.

2b. Are they still alive?
No.

3a. Where did the family originate?
Rebecca has stated her grandparents are from Michigan (and still resides there) though the exact origins of the family are unknown.

3b. How has it changed from the last generation to the current?
Nothing really has changed but Rebecca is paranoid that her mutation might have an effect of future ones.

Section 6: Relationships

1a. What do other people think of them?
Much of NYC is grateful of her actions but many of her classmates are fearful of her courtesy of the paranoia spewed by bigoted football jock, Brad Scalormine.

2a. What is their sexual orientation?
Straight.

3a. Are they involved with anyone romantically? Who?
Rebecca is currently seeing Arthur "Artie" Nesia.

3b. What do they like/love about this person? What do they dislike/hate?
Artie's loyalty (to the point where he'll go up against the likes of the mutated Herman the Frog and dives into a fight against the mutated Scott Jerven), humor and Rebecca finds his incoherent stammering adorable. His brutal honesty though makes the teen shake her head.

4a. Do they have a best friend? Who?
Sarah Clarkin.

4b. Why are they best friends?
They are the only kids one the street they lived on at the time and they just clicked. After the mutation, Sarah has grown closer as a friend due to her blaming herself for the events that left Rebecca changed forever, often involving herself in Rebecca's super heroic activities.

4b. Any other friends?
Kathleen "Kath" Travogan" who Rebecca met via Sarah sometime in middle school. Along with her is one time bully/new roomie, Veronica Winston. After seeing how horrid her family life was (and consequently freeing her of it), Rebecca and her father took the teen in.

5a. Do they hate anyone? Does anyone hate them? Who?
Rebecca's made a long list of enemies. They include the Green Devil's master, the nihilistic Dr. Underwood, the Venus Flytrap, Scott Jerven the Omni-Freak, Hogface, Herman the Frog and David Alcaz. Last but not least is Brad Scalormine, the bigoted football jock mentioned before. They all hate her just as much as she hates them.

Recently though, Rebecca's relationship with her father soured after it was revealed that he's disgusted by her mutation.

Section 7: Extra

1a. Is there anything else important that you have to share about this character?

1. She has issues when it comes to changing back from her alter ego.
2. Rebecca often sings to calm herself.
   
3. She sometimes enjoys using her mutation to harass those who deserve it.
